Delivery Options & Costs
Shipping fees and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your address.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: Estimated 2–3 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations (orders placed before 1 PM)

Note: Delivery availability may vary by region or remote postcode.

Order Weight Guidelines
Most eyewear orders are lightweight and shipped via standard courier partners. Heavier accessory bundles may use an alternative courier based on weight and location.

Key Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same business day. Orders after 1 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Missed Deliveries: Missed delivery attempts may incur redelivery fees.

  • Restricted Areas: Additional fees may apply for remote or non-mainland addresses.

  • Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your package arrives damaged.
